Responsibilities:
✔️Actively source new business opportunities
✔️Research companies to create strategic communication plans
✔️Cold calling prospective business clients and informing them of business specials and pitch services offered
✔️Identify and secure quality appointments
✔️Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
✔️Booking appointments for Sales Manager
✔️Updating, maintaining and clearing the database
✔️Ability to effectively by-pass the gate-keeper and identify the purchase decision-maker
✔️Keeping a detailed log of calls
 
Requirements:
✅6 years of solid experience in cold/warm Calling and appointment setting
✅6 years or more experience with sales, client servicing, and following up with customers
✅3 years of more experience in Australian tax and real estate is essential
✅KPI or Target set for the Sales Associate are that they generate sales 10x their cost (IMPORTANT)
✅The key responsibility is closing sales
✅Persuasive and result-oriented
✅High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✅Ability to quickly build rapport and negotiate to get to the decision-makers
✅Perseverance and resilience and a desire to overcome objections
✅Professional and courteous disposition
✅Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
✅Excellent English written and oral communication skills
